The operating hours of the Lessor are from Monday to Friday between 09.00 and 18.00.

Handing over/picking up the car at an address that is not located within the radius of the Municipality of Timisoara will be charged additionally with 0.30 Euro/km, round trip from the Lessor's headquarters to the place where the handing over/picking up of the car takes place.

For rentals with delivery/reception between 18.00-22.00 or 07.00-09.00, an Extra-Program Delivery Fee of 10 Euros will be charged.

A Night Delivery Fee of 20 Euros will be charged for rentals with delivery/reception between 22.00-07.00.

An Airport Tax of 10 Euros will be charged for delivery/pickup at Timisoara Airport.

The limit of kilometers per rental day is 400 km. Over the limit will be charged with 0.10 Euro/additional km. For rental periods exceeding 7 days, the limit is not applicable.

The Lessee undertakes to return the car clean, otherwise the Lessor will use the 45 RON tax withholding clause. In the situation where the car was taken over dirty, the Lessee does not have the obligation to pay the tax. If the returned Car requires an additional washing procedure than the standard one, in order to bring it back to the condition it was in when it was taken over, the Lessee will pay a fee of 50 Euros.

All expenses related to the use of the car (including but not limited to fuel, tolls, highway tolls, parking fees, fines) will be paid by the Lessee.

The Lessee is prohibited from leaving the territory of Romania with the rented car without the prior written consent of the Lessor. After obtaining the written agreement, an additional fee of 300 Euro will be paid.

de la 9.00 € It represents the rental rate for 1 hour and is self-calculated by the Application from the daily price. It is used to calculate rates for rentals that exceed a full day with up to 6 hours.
